For more productive work during the Conference and a more convenient stay in Kyiv, each participant will receive a Reference Catalogue at the Registration Desk, where there will be all the necessary materials for the work: programme of the Conference, information about the registered delegations, list of inter-governmental and non-governmental organisations, plan on the location of the Conference. There will also be a list with all necessary telephone numbers, Kyiv subway plan, plan of the public transportation and other general information.

Every country and participating organisation is requested to submit the necessary information (requirements for submitting information to the Reference Catalogue can be found on the site or in the Information Brochure).
