In case of the necessity to deliver cargo (for exhibition or others), documents for temporary importation should be filled out in accordance with the legislation in force and the Customs Code of Ukraine. Cargo with the exception for the objects that are not allowed to be transformed through the border, are allowed to the Ukrainian customs territory only after completing the following:

• declaration of cargo along with Proforma-Invoice in English and the translation of the declaration into Russian (Ukrainian) language;
• cargo that temporary enters customs territory of Ukraine for the period of the Conference, taking into the account the transportation time, assembly, re-assembly of the exposition, is entering the country under guarantee of re-export. The date of cargo re-export should be filled out in the Air Way Bill (AWB).

To the participants of the Conference, if necessary, there will be services provided from the customs cargo registration, their transportation and storage.

In case there appeares more information on the peculiarities of filling out customs documents and restrictions on importation it will be mentioned on a later date.
